Job Description / Responsibilities
  • Maintain physical and digital personnel records
  • Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times
  • Preparation of monthly payroll and schedules for other statutory remittances.
  • Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems
  • Attending to daily staff welfare issues and other issues with work tools.
  • Obtaining quotes from suppliers/vendors and procuring new company assets where necessary.
  • Ensure servicing of office machines and equipment.
  • Update internal databases with new hire information
  • Update and communicate company policies
  • Prepare payroll and compensation
  • Recruitment and onboarding of new hires
  • Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
  • Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like the total number of hires by department
  • Develop training and onboarding materials.

    Requirements
  • Minimum academic qualification of B.Sc in Human Resources or any relevant field of study
  • 3 - 4 years post-NYSC working experience
  • Prior experience in a similar role is an added advantage
  • Strong communication skills
  • Be versatile in the use of MS word and excel applications.
  • Interpersonal and people management skills
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Proven experience in Admin, HR, or
    similar role
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in English
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Strong negotiation and dealing with complaints
  • Persistent and results-oriented
  • Knowledge in Excel and Ms Word.
