Job Responsibilities
The Business Development Manager for Africa, will be assigned the following primary responsibilities, among others:

Drive extensive business development for the company’s Learning Programmes and Consulting Solutions across Africa Countries

Expand the company’s market share and visibility across Africa Countries

Deploy online and direct marketing techniques for maximum success

Build winning marketing campaigns to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of business development.

Carry out winning presentations to prospects to support business development

Achieve defined business development targets

Develop marketing strategies that align with the organization’s business goals

Measure and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance across the target Africa Countries

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience

Stay up-to-date with marketing needs and trends.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s Degree in the Business sciences - Economics, Business Administration, Marketing with a 2:1 or first class from a top-tier university

A second degree or professional qualification is a plus

Minimum of 4 years of successful sales and B2B business development experience, in the financial services and other sectors.

Evidence

of meeting and exceeding business development targets at Executive levels

Excellent business writing and presentation skills

Excellent verbal communication skills

Strong networking ability

Good understanding of online marketing channels research, analytical and forecasting skills to identify market trends and challenges

Experience in developing, implementing and managing marketing campaigns.
