How to Get Undergraduate Scholarships

I have a diploma in Pharmacy and did not take English language proficiency exam.

How can I get universities and colleges that will accept me?

English language proficiency is not necessarily a vital requirement in all the funding institutions.

However, it is advisable to have it or rather find an institution that will still accommodate you without it.
