How to Get PhD Scholarships

I am a graduate of Industrial Technical Education with emphasis on Mechanical Technology Education. I am presently pursuing a Masters degree from the same University in the same area of study under self sponsorship. I wish to proceed for PHD in same or related area immediately after the Masters degree programme. I wish to know how I can easily apply for and successfully secure a scholarship to enable me realize my dream. Can you be of assistance to me? Can I provide my data to that effect?
