How to Get a Scholarship

I completed my undergraduate studies in United States International University. I have tried to go through your scholarship offers but have failed to get one because most of the scholarships that I have come across offered by you, are mostly science scholarships and for those who have already done masters' studies and above. I have applied for distance leaning in India without success because of financial aspect. If I can get the best procedure to follow or how I can apply, I will really appreciate on your feedback.
