How much money is given monthly to the participants of Taiwanese scholarship?

could you please give me some information about the stipends that are given to the foreign students by the taiwanese government for 2012-2013 studying year for the taiwanese scholarship participants? with the fees of undertaking language course and the accommodation fees(hostel fees) per month or semester? thanks a lot.
