How Can I Get Scholarship for Masters?

I want to take my MA Education by scholarship in USA. So what is the step and process I have to follow to fulfil this Vision? I have BA Degree in Afan Oromo Language and Literature ( with GPA 3.95). So, what shall I do to get this scholarship?
