Hotel Capitol Operations Supervisor Jobs in Nigeria;Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring high‑quality guest experiences and efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities

Supervise teams: manage front desk, housekeeping, and F&B staff.

Ensure excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.

Monitor check‑in/check‑out processes, room readiness, and inventory.

Prepare daily reports on occupancy, revenue, and operational feedback.

Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and service standards.

Requirements

HND or B.Sc in Hospitality Management or related fields.

NYSC certificate.

2–5 years’ supervisory experience in hotel operations.

Proximity to work location (Agege, Ogba, Ikeja, Ojodu Berger, Ojota, Akute, Ketu).
