Hotel Banqueting Supervisor Jobs in Naivasha, Kenya

An upcoming hotel based in Naivasha, seeks to hire a highly competent, self-driven and result oriented Banqueting Supervisor.

Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and execute banquet activities, supervise service workers, ensure dining facilities are clean, properly decorated, and coordinate service details.

Develop, implement, monitor standards of service and coordinate all banqueting activities, including liaison with kitchen staff to ensure seamless services to guests.

Monitor and handle customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.

Foster and promote a cooperative working climate, maximizing productivity and employee morale

Requirements

Certificate in Food & Beverage operations. A Diploma or degree is an added advantage.

Minimum 3 years working experience in a busy star rated hotel.

High level of integrity and passion for customer service and staff motivation.

Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail and critical thinking, leadership and communication skills.
