Horizon Group Ltd Hiring of Machine, Truck and Small Vehicles for Horizon Construction Jobs in Rwanda

With intention to conclude framed and open contracts for a period of 06 to 24 months, Horizon Group Ltd interested bidders to submit their proposals responding to the below tenders:
H. Hiring of Machine, Truck and Small Vehicles for Horizon Construction, Bids should include (But not limited) the following:

• Business Certificate describing line of business and Registration Number/TIN Number (or equivalent).

Requirements

• At least 3 references of similar contracts with a company similar or bigger than Horizon Group in terms of work field& financials.

• Well defined price list & rates with detailed bread down with taxes & duties charges (Where applicable). Where Quantities are not provided. Rates will be based on standard & common unit of measurement mostly used on Market

• Payment schedule/methods & delivery period from the order confirmation.

• For Local bidder, it should be submitted Valid Tax & RSSB Clearance & BNR Authorization (Where applicable)

More information enabling interested bidders to make comprehensive proposals will be available upon the request though the following procurement email address:

tender@horizongroup.rw but inquiries should be raised considering the bids submission deadline as this will not be changed. For Local Bidders, well printed bids properly bound in sealed envelopes and specifying the concerned tender which was quoted for (and addressed to Horizon Group Procurement Department) should be compulsory and submitted at Horizon Group Reception Desk, at 4th Floor, M&M Plaza KG8 AVE Gishushu/Remera/ Gasabo/Kigali.

Only abroad Bidders will be allowed to submit their bids through the above mentioned email address. Submission should be not later than 30th June 2022 at 09H00 am Kigali Time. Late bids will be rejected.
