Job Description

Hwassa Chipwood Factory PLC wants to recruit General Manager .The detail of which is mentioned below.

Terms of employment: -

Permanent after 6 months probationary period.
Job Requirements

Educational requirements:-

MSC/MBA or BSC/BA in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, Management, Economics or other related fields.

Work experience :-

At least 10 year for MSC/MBA or 12 year for BSC/BA degree, out of which 5 years in managerial position. Work Experience in chipwood or play wood processing factory is more preferred.

Skill Required:-

Managerial skills (negotiation skill, communication skill, conflict management & problem solving skill and change management skill)
