Job Description

Homabay County Water &Sanitation Company Limited invites application from suitable candidates to fill the following positions for Directorship:-

One member of the business and manufacturing community nominated by his/her body.

One local professional from the professional bodies nominated by the bodies.

One representative from resident organizations.

One member from a women's organization

Qualifications

A minimum of a degree from a University recognized by CUE;

Comply with Chapter six of the Constitution of Kenya 2010 on leadership and Integrity

Demonstrate experience and acumen in a business or any profession of at least 7 years.

Demonstrate participation in local development initiatives.

Have experience as change management agent.

MUST provide clearance certificates from EACC, KFtA, HELB and Credit Reference Bureau

N/B.Suppliers or other trading associates of the Company are NOT eligible to become Directors of the Company.

Persons in current professional or social relationships with Directors of the Company cannot become Directors in the company.
