Hollywoodbets Sales Agent Field - Vaal Jobs in South Africa;The Sales Agent Field will be responsible for achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, expanding the mobile customer base, and representing the Hollywoodbets brand professionally and positively.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales

  • Assist clients with account openings and betting queries.

  • Drive daily sales and activations through product demonstrations and explanations.

  • Promote mobile marketing campaigns to increase sales and sign‑ups.

  • Maintain records of sales activities and report progress daily.

  • Guide customers on FICA requirements (clear ID) when opening accounts.

  • Ensure new customers use sign‑up bonuses and demonstrate betting on the mobile app.

    Brand Promotion & Marketing

  • Set up displays at outlets, events, and promotions to attract customers.

  • Promote the mobile brand consistently.

  • Maintain neat and tidy work areas to project a positive image.

    Operations & Training

  • Ensure safekeeping and maintenance of mobile equipment.

  • Complete weekly Moodle, Bet Strike, Voice Note Training, and Trainers on Wheels.

  • Roam between branches and stores as required.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in sales or customer service.

  • Prior work experience as a promoter preferred.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

    Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and listening skills.

  • Results‑driven mindset.

  • Knowledge of mobile and internet betting, betting procedures, and voucher distribution.

  • Strong systems and sales knowledge.
