Hollywoodbets Operations Specialist (iBranch) Jobs in South Africa; The Operations Specialist (iBranch) will attend to queries, requests, and enquiries from all departments to ensure effective and timely resolution of matters impacting operations. The role provides administrative support to the Mobile Department, assists with project processes, and reports on daily activities.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Support

  • Assist, support, and advise regions on all aspects of iBranch operations.

  • Communicate updates on policies and procedures to regions.

  • Provide administrative support for marketing, promotions, events, and branding campaigns.

  • Ensure adequate stock levels of marketing and promotional items.

    Events & Marketing

  • Conduct market research on potential new sites and coordinate promotional events.

  • Manage ROI on events and promotions.

  • Review proposals for regional events and coordinate execution.

  • Work with Compliance Department on contracts and legal aspects.

    Audit & Reporting

  • Assist with internal audit queries and liaise with Audit Team.

  • Manage traffic fines and Kazang Masterfile within regions.

  • Prepare daily reports for Business Partner.

  • Monitor and analyze promo tracker, PIP, booster analysis, and productivity reports.

    Finance & Administration

  • Review invoices before issuing order numbers and payments.

  • Facilitate monthly regional branding payments.

  • Maintain database of
    all branding within regions.

    Training & Ad‑hoc Duties

  • Support regions with training needs and monitor facilitation.

  • Travel occasionally to support regional operations.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license.

  • 2–3 years’ administrative experience in operations.

  • Matric; Diploma/Degree in related field preferred.

    Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of betting procedures and types.

  • Business acumen and financial management skills.

  • Excellent people management and customer service orientation.

  • Problem‑solving, analytical skills, and ability to deliver results.

  • Attention to detail and ability to identify workplace hazards.
