Hollywoodbets Customer Compliance Agent Jobs in South Africa;The Customer Compliance Agent will ensure adherence to internal policies and risk management compliance procedures. The role involves customer service, AML/KYC checks, monitoring transactions, and supporting safer gambling initiatives while maintaining confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

  • Maintain professional client interactions with high quality standards.

  • Communicate effectively (verbal and written).

    Compliance & AML

  • Review client KYC documents and conduct due diligence checks.

  • Monitor screening of Politically Exposed Persons and sanctions.

  • Identify unusual client activity and assess money laundering risks.

  • Draft Suspicious Activity Reports for submission.

  • Check marketing adverts and affiliate sites for compliance with CAP/ASA standards.

  • Process deposit limit change requests.

  • Review enhanced due diligence requests (Source of Wealth).

  • Conduct thorough Source of Wealth reviews.

  • Monitor and interact with players for safer gambling.

  • Communicate safer gaming options to identified clients.

  • Escalate suspicious transactions and submit relevant reports.

  • Prepare Data Protection Requests and manage data erasure requests.

  • Adhere to complaints and dispute handling procedures.

  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions.

  • Escalate unresolved
    queries promptly.

  • Remain independent and uphold confidentiality.

  • Report to Senior Compliance Team Leader.

  • Perform ad‑hoc tasks as required.

    Qualifications

  • Computer literacy.

  • 1–2 years’ administrative experience.

  • Diploma/Degree in Compliance, AML, or Auditing preferred.

  • Attention to detail and ability to facilitate workshops.

  • High energy, enthusiasm, and accountability.
