Job Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced Community Lead to manage and oversee a diverse portfolio of activities and teams. The position will require regular travel to communities within the assigned portfolio.

Candidates must provide competent and effective leadership, which will ensure the growth and success of the communities as well as the teams, while also maximizing the overall operating performance and effectiveness of the assigned portfolio. Ideal candidates should have 2-3 years of proven multi-site management.

Responsibilities include

• Engaging Western Region clients using the Hub.

• Support the portfolio of projects activities implemented in the regions. Establish a customer centric culture at our regional offices.
