Job Description

Job Summary & Major Duties

Electrical supervisor, be responsible for directing and coordinating Electrical section activities.

Ensure that plant equipment, system operates in safe and proper way. Maintain and perform Emergency & preventive maintenance of the property systems & Equipment of his specialty area.

Ensure that his/her and others safety are protected. Follow up on the work of previous shift.

Allocate duties to the appropriate staff.

Ensure that all works has been completed during his shift & hands over longer term work to the oncoming team.

Responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, maintaining and repairing electrical equipment to deliver an excellent Guest and team Member experience

Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical equipment

Diagnose malfunctioning systems to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem

Inspect electrical equipment to ensure coding compliance

Advise management on whether continued operation of equipment could be

hazardous

Repair or replace wiring, equipment, and fixtures using hand tools and power tools

Provide assistance during emergencies by operating floodlights and generators, placing flares, and driving needed vehicles

Ensure quality inspections are carried out in line with company standards

Ensure good relationships are built with internal and external customers

Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering/electricity with demonstrated hands on 5/4 years’ experience

Must be technically competent with handson experience

Experience working in a Supervisor Role is a must

Committed to delivering a high level of customer service

Positive attitude

Good communication skills

Excellent grooming standards

Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations

Ability to work under pressure & on their own
