Healthy U Head of Technology Jobs in Kenya; Lead and oversee the company’s technology strategy, infrastructure, systems, Artificial Intelligence, data, and digital transformation initiatives. Ensure technology supports business growth, operational efficiency, customer experience, security, and informed decision‑making.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the company’s Technology roadmap aligned with business strategy.

  • Lead ICT, AI, data, analytics, automation, and digital transformation agenda.

  • Identify and implement practical AI and automation solutions to improve productivity and customer experience.

  • Oversee design, implementation, maintenance, and scalability of IT infrastructure (servers, systems, PCs, networks, cloud services).

  • Ensure effective operation and integration of ERP, POS, CRM, e‑commerce, and digital platforms.

  • Guarantee system stability, availability, security, and scalability with robust cybersecurity measures.

  • Lead AI and automation initiatives across Retail, Wholesale, Warehousing, Supply Chain, HORECA, and Business Enablement.

  • Identify opportunities for predictive analytics, machine learning, BI, demand forecasting, inventory optimisation, and customer analytics.

  • Establish data governance, quality, reporting, and analytics standards.

  • Drive digital transformation and omnichannel initiatives integrating online and offline experiences.

  • Partner with business leaders to implement scalable, user‑friendly technology solutions.

  • Evaluate emerging technologies, AI tools, and vendors
    for measurable business value.

  • Oversee major technology projects (implementations, integrations, upgrades, migrations).

  • Develop and manage Technology department budget, purchases, licences, and contracts.

  • Manage suppliers, consultants, and service providers; negotiate contracts.

  • Develop and enforce technology policies, SOPs, user guidelines, and documentation.

  • Conduct system reviews, audits, and risk assessments; resolve issues promptly.

  • Prepare and share regular Technology performance reports with KPIs and project updates.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Technology team (recruitment, training, performance management).

  • Promote innovation, automation, and data‑driven decision‑making across the organisation.
