Healthy U Head of Business Intelligence Jobs in Kenya



Healthy U Head of Business Intelligence Jobs in Kenya; Work closely with the CEO to drive reporting solutions based on business goals and objectives, develop and monitor performance indicators, and benchmark performance across the organization. Support business process re‑engineering and technology enablement to leverage data from ERP, OMS, POS, MP&A, and Ecommerce platforms for efficiency, revenue growth, and intelligent decision‑making.


Key Responsibilities

  • Track business performance related to supplier mapping and recommend process improvements.

  • Assist in business reviews and set KPIs for functions and suppliers.

  • Generate monthly Key Performance Metrics within two weeks of month end.

  • Produce monthly procurement KPIs (past due POs, savings, payment terms, processing time, spend analysis).

  • Create strategic data management approaches including scorecards, dashboards, and ongoing analysis.

  • Generate monthly logistics KPIs (PPV, cost of goods, discrepancies, on‑time deliveries, freight costs, vendor lead times).

  • Generate monthly retail KPIs (basket size, brand performance, inventory movement, shop performance vs costs).

  • Collaborate with department heads to improve KPIs and metrics.

  • Research, extract, and connect data to analyze quality and correct discrepancies.

  • Ensure inventory optimization across all Healthy U
    locations.

  • Design communications and visualizations to present data findings.

  • Provide business intelligence to procurement for demand planning.

  • Examine business trends and assess economic/financial developments impacting buying and inventory.


    Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Finance, Business, IT, or related).

  • Strong background in business intelligence, data analysis, and reporting.

  • Experience with ERP, OMS, POS, MP&A, and Ecommerce platforms.

  • Proven ability to design dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics.

  • Strong analytical, consulting, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
