Duma Works is looking to recruit a Head Brander for one of our clients; a Kenyan company that deals with outdoor advertising and helps their clients engage better with the consumer through advertising solutions .

Job Summary

Our client is looking for a professional individual who has a keen eye for quality and high deliverables.They should have the key skills required in branding various structures and be able to work with different
materials and methods such as stretching, vinyl branding and knowledge on materials for interior and exterior branding.

Head Brander Job Responsibilities

You should be a team player and have the ability to manage a team either during day time or night time

Be able to work on branding jobs for our media which are bus and bus shelter branding with the use of Vinyl’s and Flexi banners, Malls which could be stretching and use of corex or forex board structures with Vinyl branding on the same.

Efficiently manage and train the branding team and ensure jobs are done with the best of
quality and in the lead time allocated.

Organize and implement a production work schedule and assists in planning of the jobs, setting deadlines and managing a team that ensures maintenance of all sites for the company are done effectively and where necessary take decisions on how to keep the sites in good order

Inspect and verify completed projects meet quality standards set by the company and ensure
appropriate and

safe procedures are followed when working on site

Submission of regular reports and photos on the jobs allocated as well as regular maintenance
report on the sites owned by our client

Assigning jobs to the team based on their strengths and specification of the jobs

Managing relationships with key partners and ensuring smooth working relationship
Skillful in verbal and written communications skills
