HCS Affiliates Group Sales Executives Jobs in Kenya; Manage Sales, Marketing and Distribution of all products effectively and efficiently within the country to achieve profitable sales volumes.Build a strong route-to-market network and provide efficient customer service to attain sustainable, profitable growth and maximize opportunities for premium products.

Responsibilities

Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to visit outlets

Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business

Execute listing and activations, incorporating consumer, category, customer, competition, channel, and external environment insights

Implement trade marketing strategy across brand portfolio in consultation with Marketing and Sales Managers (activations, merchandising, POS placement)

Establish close working relationships with partners (resellers, traders, retailers) to gain trade support and loyalty

Represent the company in accordance with business standards, managing financial activities ethically

Monitor competition by gathering marketplace information on pricing, products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.

Document and report on competitive activity, including pricing

Supply management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products/services

Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports (daily visits, weekly work plans, monthly/annual territory analyses)

Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ experience, preferably in FMCG industry

Bachelor’s degree in a related business field, with preference for Sales and Marketing specialization
