Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducts Qualitative and quantitative analysis of all manufactured syrups.

  • Identifies anomalies in syrup making process and implements corrective actions.

  • Prepares batch as per the production plan and ensures the syrup flavor is available as per the production plan.

  • Initiates corrective action in case of online quality defect in the product.

  • Operates premix and ensures proper start-up and end off machine.

  • Performs ingredient weighing during the batch preparation, Calibrates the weighing balance and all instruments in syrup room and record data appropriately

  • Do the sensory of treated water before starting batch preparation.

    Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science Chemistry from a reputable institution.

  • At least 2/3yrs hands on in the food industry, Beverage manufacture is a distinct advantage.

  • Familiar with carbonated soft drinks and a juice manufacture technology.

  • Basic knowledge of analysis on sugar simple syrup and final products.

  • Food safety and Hygiene handling techniques.

  • Experience in Mixing Syrup Room is an added advantage.
