Job Description

Organizational Relationships

Leads the instructional and co-curricular program of the school. Leads, supervises, and evaluates all personnel assigned to the school. Reports and accounts to the Academic & Character Quality Control Department Head.

Primary Function

Leads the school. Leads the instructional and co-curricular programs so that it is world class teaching and learning, service to students and parents, engaging with the school community, and attains maximum student achievement. Establishes a clear vision that is aligned with Hamona School S.C, and leads the school team to achieve same.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

Education/Certification

Possess an EDPM, BED or Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university (required). Graduate work may include school administration, supervision, school business administration, curriculum/instruction, educational measurement/assessment, and personnel.

Experience

At least five years of demonstrated, successful experience as a teacher at the elementary level.

Three or more years of demonstrated, successful experience in leadership/Director/ roles at the elementary

level.

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

Demonstrated skills in organizing ideas and presenting them in a variety of modalities (oral, written, presentational, social media, etc.) with clarity and conciseness.

Demonstrated sound judgment, social competency, adaptability, self-confidence, emotional maturity, initiative, enthusiasm and resourcefulness, as well as dedication to duty.

Demonstrated and successful skills in communication; establishing and maintaining relationships based on mutual confidence, trust, and respect; making personal and leading group decision-making; and in identifying challenges and problems and their resolutions
