Educational Background

BA degree in Hotel/Tourism Management or related fields

Work Experience

3 years and above on guest service or related positions, out of which 1 year at managerial position

Additional skill & Attribute

Managerial Skill

Problem solving skill

Able to manage auditing duties

Knowledge of hotel software and audit

Communication ability in reading and writing English and Amharic

Able to work as a team and on Flexible schedule

Pro-activeness and analytical ability

Detail Oriented
