Job Description

This position is responsible for managing the Training & Development function of all properties and the objectives and activities outlined therein.

Job Requirements

Educational Background

BA Degree in Human Resource Management , Hotel Management or related field

Work Experience

minimum 4 years Hotel Training experience

Additional skill & Attribute

Strong managerial experience and qualities

Strong coaching/mentoring/training skill

Excellent Interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

Strong public relation skills

Fluent speaking and writing skill of foreign language (minimum fluent in English language

Problem solving skills

Pleasing personality and positive attitude, and passion to solve problems.

Willing to constantly travel to properties
