Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Be able to organize, analyze, report and manage personnel files to concerned department.

  • Ensure the proper documentation and communication of issues related to kitchen.

  • Recording and preparing menu recipes and encoding to Property Management System (PMS).

  • Managing and following any store and purchase requisition as directed by Executive Chef.

  • Support Executive Chef so as to ensure the proper flow of kitchen operation.

    Job Requirements

    Educational Background

  • BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Secretarial Science or related fields

    Work Experience

  • 2 years and above/Hotel experience is mandatory/

    Additional skill & Attribute

  • Ability to supervise work and people

  • Leading ability

  • Managerial skill

  • Excellent English & Amharic written and oral communication skills

  • Able to work as a team and on Flexible schedule

  • Pro-activeness and analytical ability

  • Detail Oriented

  • Excellent customer service skill
