Gruppo per le Relazioni Transculturali Consultant – Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights Jobs in Kenya; The consultant will develop a contextualized SRHR training manual for adolescents, young women, parents, and teachers in Narok County. The manual will be used for capacity building, advocacy, and training by the County Health authorities, including the Ministry of Health, the Department of SRH, and the SRH Technical Working Group.

An emphasis on gaming and gamification as a core methodology is required throughout the manual to enhance engagement and learning effectiveness. The consultant will work closely with GRT to ensure youth participation and input through workshops and co-design sessions.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct a desk review of existing SRH materials and relevant policies in Narok County.

Identify key topics for updating SRH training materials.

Develop a gamified training manual incorporating feedback from adolescents and key stakeholders.

Present quarterly drafts in revision workshops with the County SRH Department.

Co-design training content with students, teachers, and Adolescent Council workshops.

Finalize the manual for printing and dissemination through the County Steering Group and

other outreach initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Master’s degree in social sciences, Public Health, Education, or a related field.
Proven experience 5-9 years in SRHR and GBV programming, training manual development, and gamification techniques.

Strong understanding of Kenyan health structures, MoH protocols, and SRHR policies.

Experience in co-designing participatory training materials with youth and communities.

Excellent editing, facilitation, and workshop coordination skills.

Prior experience in humanitarian or development contexts is an added advantage.
