Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute automation roadmap aligned with business objectives.

  • Identify automation opportunities across departments (RPA, workflows, system integrations).

  • Prioritize automation initiatives based on ROI, risk, and impact.

    Solution Design & Delivery
  • Lead end‑to‑end automation lifecycle (discovery – design – development – testing – deployment).

  • Oversee development of automation solutions using RPA platforms and APIs.

  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with IT standards.

    Team Leadership
  • Manage and mentor automation team including developers and interns.

  • Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery of projects.

  • Build team capability through training and continuous learning.

    Stakeholder Management
  • Collaborate with business units to understand process requirements.

  • Provide regular updates on automation performance and project progress.

    Performance & Optimization
  • Monitor automation performance (uptime, error rates, ROI).

  • Continuously improve existing automations for efficiency and reliability.

  • Establish automation governance and best practices.

    Risk & Compliance
  • Ensure automation solutions comply with data security and regulatory requirements.

  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with automation deployments.

  • Maintain proper documentation and audit trails.
