Green Gold Ethiopia PLC is a well experienced and dependable Ethiopian green Arabica coffee exporting company that supplies processed green, roasted and quality Ethiopian Coffee for domestic and international markets, runs hectares of rural farmlands growing coffee for more than two decades and has set up modern roasting machinery.

Green Gold Ethiopia PLC runs coffee export, rosted coffee supply to local and international market and manage a chain of cafees.

Currently, the company has two vacant position stated below and would like to invite applicants who meet the qualification and required experience listed for this job opening.

Description of Duties

  • Do receptions, respond to enquiries, correspondence both telephone and written directed to respective offices.

  • Prepare and dispatch letters, e-mail, scanning, copying and binding internal memos and other materials to member banks and other organs.

  • File of all documents and correspondence to and from the respective office.

  • Manage Human resource recruitment, promotion, staffs leave and attendance.

  • Manage staff’s different requests like experience, power of attorney, loan, etc.

  • Organise and coordinate all logistics including travel arrangements for the management meetings and conferences (both internal & external)

  • Oversee the prompt collection and delivery of incoming and outgoing mail in the respective office.

  • Organise the filing and retrieval of files
    and documents in order to ensure that they are secure and accessible.

  • Draft correspondence on behalf of the management as appropriate.

  • Record register and file letters, minutes, circulars, reports, and other related materials for the management.

  • Provide safe custody of correspondence files and other materials of confidential nature.

  • Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time

    Job Requirements

    Qualification & Work Experience

  • Bachelor of Arts Degree in Management or a related field

  • Relevant training is preferable.

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
