Green Earth Finance & Compliance Officer - Meru Jobs in Kenya

As Finance & Compliance Officer; for Venture Kenya, you’ll ensure money in the venture moves the right way — in, out, and everywhere it needs to be tracked. You’ll review payment requests against approved budgets, oversee a small team handling receipts, disbursements, and record‑keeping, and make sure every transaction has the paperwork to back it up.

Day to day, this means checking that incoming funds are logged and protected, approving payments once invoices are confirmed, chasing down missing documentation before it becomes a bigger problem, and pulling together monthly financial reports for the Country Director and Holding Finance. You’ll be the person who can answer “where does that transaction stand?” at any moment, because records are always current — not scrambled together before an audit.
