Duties and ResponsibilitiesDesigning Visual Content: Creating visual concepts using computer software or by hand to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers. This could involve designing logos, brochures, advertisements, website layouts, product packaging, and more.
Understanding Client Needs: Collaborating with clients or project managers to understand their goals, objectives, and requirements for each project.
Conceptualizing and Creating Designs: Developing design concepts and choosing the appropriate colors, images, and layouts to effectively convey the message or idea.
Using Design Software: Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other relevant tools to create high-quality designs.
Typography and Layout Skills: Understanding of typography, layout, and composition principles to create visually appealing designs with clear communication.
Image Editing and Manipulation: Editing and manipulating images to enhance their visual impact or fit the design requirements.
Attention to Detail: Paying close attention to detail to ensure accuracy in design and adherence to brand guidelines or project specifications.
Meeting Deadlines: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high- quality work within deadlines.
Staying Updated with Design Trends: Keeping abreast of emerging design trends, techniques, and technologies to continually improve and innovate in the field.
Communication and Collaboration: Effective communication skills to present ideas, receive feedback, and collaborate
with clients, team members, or stakeholders throughout the design process.
Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot design issues and find creative solutions to overcome challenges.
Portfolio Development: Building and maintaining a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and demonstrating proficiency in various design techniques and styles..
Key Requirements Skills, experience and qualification
Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong portfolio showcasing design work and creativity.
Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Basic understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
