    Main Responsibilities

  • Executes a strategy for discovering and securing new business opportunities;

  • Executes strategies by evaluating risks and potentials;

  • Proposal preparation;

  • Adapts new business strategies in accordance with the types of clients need;

  • Evaluates, determines, and realizes quarterly business growth goals;

  • Creates a business development database in order to evaluate performance and organize client and prospective client information;

  • Closes new business deals by developing and negotiating contracts;

  • Assist in business meetings with prospective clients;

  • Plans and executes business development programs to expand market share and customer acceptance that leads to revenue growth;

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans;

  • Working closely with staff across service lines to implement growth strategies;

  • Assist with preparing business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required;

  • Identify new business opportunities, partners and promote the firm’s services
    to new and potential clients;

  • Organizes regular client visit to prospect customers, officials and other stakeholders;

  • Attend networking events, different meetings, official events, promotional activities and government-led seminars to enhance the firm’s visibility;

  • Communicate with existing clients regarding new developments in the firm and maintain long-lasting relationships;

  • Assist in providing feedback and after-sales support during the life cycle of an advisory engagement;

  • Assesses the attitude of the customers’ experience towards the Firm and report the result to the Partners on a regular basis;

  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

    Job Requirements

  • Educational and Experience Required

  • BA in Business Management, Marketing, Finance, Economics and other related fields.

  • 5 years’ experience in Business Development, Market Research, Business Consulting, Marketing and related fields.

    Ability and Skill Required

  • Having a good understanding of business development process and tools.

  • Able to work multiple tasks efficiently and meet tight deadlines.

  • Team spirit/working in a team.

  • Interpersonal communication and negotiations skills.

  • Computer skills including the ability to operate spreadsheets and word-processing.

  • Disciplined, organized.

  • Open-minded, self-learner.
