I am Chuon from Cambodia. Recently, I have been offered partial scholarship by United Nations Mandated University for Peace in the field of International Law and the Settlement of Dispute in Costa Rica in academic year of 2008-2009. I have to cover by myself for living expense and the rest of 25% of tuition fee.

I have tried to contact many sponsoring sources but can not success, please assist me in finding some source for my study.
