Job Description

This position is ideal for fresh graduates who are looking to build their career in customer care/service, sales and marketing. It is an entry level position which involves attending on-the-job and class room training followed by rotational assignments in different functions for the first year.

Upon successful completion of the training period , employees would be assigned as Customer Care Representatives in the company.

Detailed Duties

Attend on –the –job training and class room training.

Serve customers by providing Channel and Bouquets information.

Answer phones to respond to general customer inquiries and customer complaints.

Project a professional company image through phone and physical interaction.

Develop and maintain excellent relations with new and existing customers resulting in increased levels of customer retention.

Job Requirements

First degree in business fields is preferable but anyone with a first degree and a strong customer service mind set would be considered for the job. Prospective graduates in 2019 may apply.

Experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.

Good command of English

Computer Literate

Willing and able to work on a shift/roaster system
