  • It is a major manufacturer and distributor company in the FMCG Distribution Sector for premium brands in the Health and Personal Care categories like Lebrace Diaper and Besense Sanitary Pads meeting household needs in a vastly diversified demography.

    Job Duties

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment.

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is an added advantage.

  • Perform necessary pre-operation activities to ensure proper equipment startup and operation on multiple pieces of equipment.

  • Operate/monitor multiple pieces of equipment during operation to ensure quality production and minimal unplanned stops.

  • Communicate with team members and support teams to ensure continuous production of the correct product at high quality levels with minimal wasted time and materials.

  • Housekeeping and sanitation.

    Job Requirements

  • Minimum of SSCE / OND / B.Sc / HND.

  • Possess 1 - 2 years experience in a manufacturing sector as a machine operator.

  • Strong Interpersonal Relationship Skills.

  • Age: Between 22-35 years old.

  • Knowledge of Production Procedures.

  • Ability to Read Blueprints, Schematics and Manuals.

  • Analytical Skills.

  • Attention to Detail.

  • Teamwork

  • Physical Stamina and Strength.

  • Handle Heavy Equipment.

  • Work Independently.

  • Multitask.
