It is a major manufacturer and distributor company in the FMCG Distribution Sector for premium brands in the Health and Personal Care categories like Lebrace Diaper and Besense Sanitary Pads meeting household needs in a vastly diversified demography.

    Job Duties

  • To support in all Human Resources administrative tasks in order to achieve the department objectives.

  • Assist in recruitment, Selection and placement of Staff.

  • Responding to employee queries and request.

  • Executes pre-screening phone interviews for junior roles in order to interview only shortlisted candidates with minimum job requirements

  • Monitors employee’s attendance in all locations in order to report any discrepancy to management

  • Conducts Reference Checks and Guarantor Checks at the required stages of the talent sourcing process.

  • Ensures all required documentations for new employees’ files are received upon resumption

  • Ensure all employees’ files are updated to ensure an easy access and timely retrieval of information when needed

  • Organize new employee orientation, on-boarding and maintain employee records.

  • Monitors the disciplinary process by issuing disciplinary letters (warnings, suspensions, etc…) to ensure compliance and proper documentations

  • Maintains an updated disciplinary tracker report to ensure easy access of data when needed.

  • Ensure documentation, update and renewal of vehicles particulars as at when
    due.

  • Monitors, follows up & provides assistance on leaves submittal in order to settle balances before payroll processing.

    Job Requirements

  • B.Sc or HND in Human Resources Management or related field.

  • Possess 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong Interpersonal Relationship Skills.

  • Proficient in the use of Micro Soft Office Tools.

  • Excellent time management skill.

  • Age: Between 25-35 years old.
