Job Summary:

  • Lead, identify, develop, implement and administer education related activities of the company.
  • Work within general policies, principles and goals, working directly with the corporate customers.
  • Lead and contribute to the improvement of education policy and strategies of the company

    Job Description:

  • Formulates and designs procedures to determine if program objectives are being met.
  • Develops tests to measure effectiveness of curriculum or services and to interpret pupil intellectual and social development and group and school progress.
  • Plan and conduct research activities concerning core issues in secondary school or other specialized educational programs.
  • Develops questionnaires and interviews school staff and management to obtain information about curriculum and gaps on teaching process.
  • Formulates recommendations and procedures for improved teaching-learning process at high school level.
  • Lead and contribute to staff and external training provisions as well as organizing conferences on the education sector and other activities for advocacy, dissemination and knowledge building.
  • Devise questionnaire to evaluate training programs.
  • Evaluates data obtained from study and prepares narrative and statistical reports for dissemination to school managements.
  • Work for improvement of policies and guidelines in the designing and implementation of education activities of the company.
  • Evaluate staff performance.
    Plan budget.
  • Supervise the performance of reporting staff, providing clear direction and regular monitoring and feedback on performance

    Reporting Relationships:

    Directly report to the Country Director

    Job Requirements


  • Education
    Level: Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Education.
  • Professional Experience: At least 10 years of relevant experience in the education sector.
  • Research: Minimum of one research paper in education.
  • Trainings: Certificates for attending short trainings.
  • Publications: Participation in manual preparation for education/trainings, publication in workshop proceedings, publication in newsletter, etc.
  • Recommendation: Three professional recommendation letters.

    Relevant Experience

  • Suitability to undertake the responsibilities mentioned above at the required level
  • Able to perform work independently in own field of specialization, equipped with knowledge and experience of multiple disciplines
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
