Girls Boarding Secondary School Headmistress Jobs in Kenya

Our client wishes to recruit a Headmistress for a Girls Boarding Secondary School – 8-4-4 System, located in Sultan Hamud, off Mombasa Road.

Responsibilities


  • Overseeing the day to day running of the school
  • Developing and implementing policies for the school
  • Marketing the school to the community and beyond
  • Regular appraisal of teachers’ performance
    Recruitment and proper on boarding of teachers and non-teaching staff
  • Representing the School in events


    Qualifications


  • B Ed degree (Masters in Education is an added advantage)
  • Mature Christian lady
  • At least 5 years’ experience leadership position in a KCSE school
  • Passion for academic achievement proven or well tested (by subject performance)
  • Able to adapt and own the vision of the school
  • Passionate about character development of young people
  • High level of integrity
  • Dynamic and self-motivated
