Job DescriptionCurrently we are looking for Warehouse Manager for our Trading Company.
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the overall operations, processes, productions, reports, safety and security of the Warehouse and staff.
Responsibilities
Receives inbound merchandize and makes sure that they are safely and securely processed.
Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
Keeps accurate record of inbound and outbound goods, as well as keep record of damaged/rejected and returned goods.
Complies with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Maintains highest standard of safety of the staff working in and around the warehouse.
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
Above 5 years proven work experience as a warehouse manager/Coordinator and experience.
BS degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration and related fields.
Experiences with distributor company would be a plus
Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
Leadership skills and ability manage staff
Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
