Job Summary

  • The Land Acquisition Manager is responsible to plan, coordinate and followup the acquisition of land in prime areas.

  • He/She is responsible to followup tender notices of land lease, communicates with concerned government offices and ensures the signing of the contract..

    Job Requirements

    Requirements and Qualifications

  • BA/MA degree in Business management, economics and or other related fields.

  • Minimum of 10 years experience out of which 6 years at managerial position.

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

    Technical and Other Skills

  • Good planning, organizing, analytical and decision-making skills;

  • Excellent interpersonal and communicational skills;

  • Confidentiality and negotiation skills

  • Good knowledge of computer system.
