Job Summary

  • The Executive Secretary is responsible for providing overall assistance to the managing Director including time management, office management and documentation.

  • She is also responsible for secretarial services, receiving visitors, operating telephone switchboard, receiving, dispatching mails and ensures that the offices are clean and in order.

    Job Requirements

    Requirements and Qualifications

  • BA degree in secretarial science and office management.

  • Minimum of 8 years experience as a secretary & related positions, previous experience as executive secretary is advantageous.

  • Proficiency with computer operating systems and software applications of MS Excel, Ms Word, Power point etc;

  • Ability to type in both English and Amharic language.

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

    Technical and Other Skills

  • Excellent customer service skill;

  • Excellent interpersonal organizational skill, teamwork having high level of integrity.
