Ghana HR Solutions Project Manager (Marketing Experience) Jobs in Ghana


Our client, a reputable company, is looking to hire a proactive Project Manager to help in their daily operations.

Candidate will be directly responsible for submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, and establishing effective project communication plans as well as the proper execution of said plans.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
  • Collect and present data to help determine the effectiveness of marketing activities
  • Meet with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
  • Allocate project resources.
  • Submit project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
  • Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information.
  • Conducting in-depth market research on a product or service as well as competitor analyses
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Work with teams to develop quarterly marketing plans.
  • Facilitate change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
  • Coordinate the development of user manuals, training materials and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients.
  • Work with dealers that have available marketing budgets to create approved campaigns.
  • Obtain customer acceptance of project deliverables.
  • Assist in outbound and inbound marketing activities
  • Conduct post project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

    Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or Master degree in a related field.
  • PMP Certification is a huge advantage
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar field.
  • Must have proven experience
    in project management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have the ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
  • Must possess strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Must be proficient in project management software tools
  • Must have a strong marketing background
  • Must be able to complete projects in a timely manner.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Understanding of marketing, creative and production processes and terminology.
