Gertrude's Children's Hospital Oncology Tutor Jobs in Kenya


Job Purpose

To provide specialized instruction in oncology and paediatric nursing, ensuring students acquire clinical competence, professional ethics, and evidence‑based practice skills in line with TVET standards and Nursing Council of Kenya requirements.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

  • Higher National Diploma in Oncology/Paediatric Oncology Nursing or equivalent.

  • Minimum of one (1) year working experience as a Tutor.

  • Certification as a TVET Instructor (desirable).

  • Certificate in Paediatric Resuscitation skills (advantageous).

  • Valid Nursing Council of Kenya Practice License.

  • Nursing Council of Kenya Registration Certificate.

  • Commitment to paediatric and oncology nursing excellence.

  • Ability to integrate clinical practice with teaching.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
