Genesis Analytics Intern - Payments and Digital Financial Services Jobs in Kenya; Provide crucial support for the design, implementation, and evaluation of digital payment strategies and initiatives. Apply strong analytical skills to conduct research, analyze data, and support the development of strategic and policy outputs. Assist with stakeholder engagement and contribute to project deliverables under senior guidance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct primary and secondary research to support project deliverables.

  • Produce high‑quality research outputs including data collection, literature reviews, and landscape analyses.

  • Contribute to preparation of client deliverables under supervision.

  • Meet deadlines and communicate proactively when challenges arise.

  • Support proposal development through research, data gathering, and drafting sections.

  • Prepare concept notes and presentation slides for client pitches.

  • Participate in working groups (Recruitment, Partnership, Communication, PR).

  • Actively develop foundational knowledge in payments and digital financial services.


    Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Data Science, or related quantitative field.

  • High attention to detail and meticulous approach to data and analysis.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Demonstrable interest in payments systems, digital finance, and financial inclusion.
