Gazebo Homes Front Desk Attendant Jobs in Kenya; We’re looking for a warm, organized, and professional Front Desk Attendant to be the face of Gazebo Homes. You’ll welcome clients, answer inquiries, and support the team with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors at reception

  • Manage incoming calls and correspondence

  • Schedule appointments and maintain front office order

  • Provide administrative support to various departments

    Qualifications

  • Certificate/Diploma in Office Administration or related field

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Friendly, polished, and professional demeanor

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
