Key Responsibilities Greet and assist clients and visitors at reception
Manage incoming calls and correspondence
Schedule appointments and maintain front office order
Provide administrative support to various departments
Qualifications
Certificate/Diploma in Office Administration or related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Friendly, polished, and professional demeanor
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
