Job Purpose:

As a sales executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling healthcare services and solutions. You will work to understand the needs of your clients and develop sales strategies that align with their goals.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities

Formulate strategic partnerships with key institutions to support your business development strategies.

Building relationships with healthcare professionals and decision makers

Presenting products or services to potential clients

Negotiating contracts and pricing agreements

Managing a sales territory and developing a sales plan

Keeping track of sales metrics and performance

Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in healthcare sales and/or B2B Sales, a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build trust and credibility with clients.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

A Degree/Diploma level

At least 3 years working experience in related field.

Should have experience in B2B Sales.

Strong experience in TELESALES will be an added advantage.

Excellent communication skills both fluent in English and Swahili language.

Should be a self-motivated individual.
