Job Description

    Key Responsibility

  • Post first phase cash and credit sales.

  • Prepare check and petty cash payments and submit to the senior accountant for checking and coding.

  • Post check and petty cash payments.

  • Post issue vouchers to the appropriate stock legers.

  • Prepare monthly payroll; submit to the senior accountant for checking when approved prepare to bank letter of transfer to employees accounts.

  • Declare monthly V.A.T., salary tax, pension and withholding tax to E.R.C.A. and effect payments as per schedule.

  • File all transactions documents

  • Perform any other task assigned by the senior accountant.

    Job Requirements

  • B.A Degree in Accounting & Finance with 2 years of relevant experience;

  • Basic computer skills and excellent interpersonal communication;

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
