Furniture Retail Store Sales Executives Jobs in Kenya

The ideal candidates will be responsible for creating sales of products, utilizing exceptional customer service and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential customers

Understand customer needs and requirements

Attend roadshows and promotional activities

Payment collection

Achievement of sales targets

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

Outstanding oral presentation and above average written skills

Strong interpersonal skills (people person), strong ethical behaviors.

Adaptability, dependability, resourcefulness,

critical thinking, negotiation skills, attention to detail & organized

Ability to influence people successfully

Presentable and self-motivated

Desire to succeed

Must be able to lift, scoop, bend, push or pull up to 30kg. in manual demonstration of merchandise
Ability to work varied hours/including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays when required

Qualifications Educational Qualifications/Experience

Ideally 1-3 years of retail or furniture sales experience

Proven track record of leadership and professional achievement would be an added advantage

Well organized with the ability to be flexible based on the needs of the business

Bachelor’s degree would be an added advantage

Computer skills – Ability to work with Microsoft suit to create reports and quotations for clients
