Fully Financed Scholarship for Deaf Students

I am Ethiopian high school student. Currently am finishing second year college preparatory class and I will be joining college by next year based on the result of my school leaving examination. We do not have specialized colleges in Ethiopia for deaf or any other disabled students. There for I am asking you if there will be chances to look after scholarships for deaf students?
