Currently, we are seeking for a Senior Strategic Initiative Officer with high level of experience enthusiasm, and resilience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Developing inclusive strategic plan and strategy by collaborating with respective bodies

Responsible for the effective creation and communication of a clear strategic vision for Frontieri

He /she defines focused tactical and strategic agendas that enhance the business and works closely with the business’s executive leadership at all fronts of the business with a clear emphasis on key strategic initiatives for the business

Approves and formulates the Frontieri’s long-term strategic plans, analyses, and recommend in relation to matters such as emerging industry trends, competitive dynamics, expansion opportunities, and business performance enhancement

Identifying strategic risks and developing risk management strategy, policy and plans

Identify and address development issues that affect the well-being and efficacy of

the organization

Monitoring execution of business initiatives

Develop and implement growth and sustainability strategies

Assess market opportunities and conduct feasibility study

Ensure the implementation of business strategies

Monitor & evaluate project implementation of annual , quarterly and monthly Plan

Develop and deliver the strategy for new business development

Prepare and present business plan

Enhance and develop innovative business ideas

Conduct and present business intelligence

Adopt organizational core values, policies and procedures are clearly understood and adhered to in the daily functioning

Participate in the documentation and dissemination of lessons learned

Ensure confidentiality of all reports and proposals

Handle all other activities as may require

Job Requirements

Masters degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance & Accounting, or related fields

5 and above years of experience

Proven experience in Business Strategic plan preparation, business plan, business feasibility study

Proven experience in business advisory service

Experience in developing policies & strategies in relation to diversification

Experience working to and exceeding targets

High level communication skill

Excellent writing and presentation skills

Experience on working under pressure

Strong analytical Skill

Strong people skills

Fluency in English
